Accommodation

We have three spacious self-catering holiday cottages for you to choose from located in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.

We think you will like our sumptuous beds. They all feature naturally upholstered, deep pocket sprung mattresses, a choice of firm, soft and hypoallergenic pillows and light, warm wool duvets, all wrapped in Fairtrade, organic cotton bedding to ensure you are fully rested and revived for whatever the next day brings. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath can be provided in the larger two cottages on request, to make it easier for young parents. We know how challenging it can be to travel with little ones… and all the gear they need to keep them happy.

Pets are welcome in all our cottages as we appreciate how much owners enjoy sharing their holiday with their best friends. Balneden is particularly suitable for walkers, cyclists and winter sports as we have a fully equipped laundry, drying room and secure cycle/sports equipment storage.
